Gregory M. Colford

Gregory M. Colford is a co-founder with Roderick Dougherty and Douglas Shinobu and a Principal of Carlisle Capital Structures Corporation in its present undertaking.  Mr. Colford has been involved in all phases of the firm’s development since its commencement in March 2005.

Prior to joining Carlisle, Mr. Colford was a partner in the national law firm Heenan Blaikie LLP.  His areas of specialty were corporate law and capital market financing.  Mr. Colford operated in all aspects of financing, including the development and implementation of creative financing models for start-up companies, public corporations and municipalities, including the City Toronto. 

Mr. Colford is a graduate of the Osgoode Hall Law School, York University.
